Pushing me to my limits, Priyanka is a trainer who ensures the best for her clients. She plans her workout according to her clients’ needs and monitors their progress on a weekly basis. As a client, Priyanka motivates me to push my limits and through her regular trainings and meal plans, I have lost 4.5kg in a span of 3 to 4 months. As a client, there have been moments where my diet and workout plans were inconsistent, however, she goes the extra mile to have personal trainings at my convenience. I have observed an exponential improvement in not only my physical self, but my mental health as well. On top of physical health, Priyanka emphasizes on the importance of being mentally and emotionally positive, and as a client it surpasses all of the expectations I have of a trainer.
